Corned Beef MacKenzie

*Fray Bentos corned beef, sage, tarragon, oregano, butter, salad cream, Marmite, black pepper. Saucepan, stirrer.

Butter in saucepan, add corned beef, add herbs, salad cream to maintain mixing. Marmite, two teaspoons. Pepper. Stir until firmer. Taste periodically.

Serve when drying out slightly.

Vegetables - potatoes, peas, carrots.
